UK SHIPPING All goods are sent out usually within 24 hours and the same day if purchased before 8pm (excluding weekends). You should receive your purchase usually within 3-5 days. However, please allow 14 days before contacting us.
All items are sent out in discreet packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship internationally but items may take a little longer to reach you.
RETURNS
We can only accept returned items that are either faulty or not the correct item you ordered.
In the case of a faulty item we will either send out a replacement, subject to availability, or issue you with a credit voucher once you have returned the faulty item.
Should you receive the wrong item we will issue you with a credit voucher or a replacement upon receiving your return.
When returning an item we recommend obtaining proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and are unable to accept any returns that have been worn (i.e. smell of smoke, sweat, alcohol etc.) This is to protect the hygenic integrity of the items.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as dispatched.
