UK SHIPPING
All goods are sent out usually within 24 hours and the same day if purchased before 3pm (excluding weekends).
You should receive your purchase usually within 3-5 days. However, please allow 14 days before contacting us as we cannot pursue Royal Mail until 15 days have passed. Items can be tracked via Royal Mail.
All packages (to the UK) are sent via FREE Royal Mail First Class Recorded so can be tracked. You will receive the tracking number and web address of where to track once your order has been dispatched.
We now provide the option of Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which requires an additional payment with your order. You must order before 3pm to receive your items the next day. As Royal Mail are resposible for delivery, we cannot refund any postage payments for items that do not arrive the next day. However, compensation can be sought via Royal Mail directly.
All items are sent out in discreet packaging.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally but this will usually require an additional payment to cover international postage. We will contact you after receiving your order if this is the case.
Next Day Delivery is not available for orders to be delivered outside of the UK.
We can only deliver to the countries shown in your address book options.
RETURNS
We can only accept returned items that are either faulty or not the correct item you ordered. If your item doesn't fit then please contact us to arrange your return.
In the case of a faulty item we will either send out a replacement, subject to availability, or issue you with a credit voucher once you have returned the faulty item.
Should you receive the wrong item we will issue you with either a credit voucher or a replacement upon receiving your return.
When returning an item we recommend obtaining proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for; and are unable to accept; any returns that have been worn (i.e. smell of smoke, sweat, alcohol etc.) This is to protect the hygenic integrity of the items.
All returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as dispatched.
Please ensure you contact us prior to returning any items.
We can only accept returns within 14 days of the date you received them as indicated on the tracking.
Distance Selling Regulations: Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email within seven days starting from the day after you take delivery. Once you have cancelled the order, you have a legal "Duty Of Care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition and at your expense, within 7 days of cancelling the order. We suggest using Recorded Delivery to ensure your return does not get lost in the post as we take no responsibility for returns not sent using this method. Subject to these conditions we will refund the amount paid in the first instance but not any extra payments made for Special Delivery, if you chose that option, within 30 days
